Booking an inspection
An inspection slot can be booked online through our booking system, or you can arrive without a booking. The price depends on vehicle type and whether a slot was booked in advance, see our price list.
Cancellation and rebooking
A booked slot can be changed or cancelled up until the time of the inspection. Failure to show up without cancelling may result in the booking being forfeited without refund, if payment has already been made.
Payment
Payment for inspection and other services is made on arrival, unless otherwise agreed or stated as part of the online booking.
Liability
A passed inspection is an assessment of the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection, based on applicable legal requirements. Aktiv Bilsyn ApS is not liable for faults or defects that arise after the time of inspection.

Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be sought resolved amicably; failing that, before the Danish courts.
